Why Innovation Club exists

After 25 years leading operations, I’ve seen how good people get trapped in bad systems — juggling too much, working long hours, and still feeling behind.
Innovation Club was born out of that experience.

I help small and mid-sized businesses find clarity, confidence, and flow by fixing the systems that hold them back. Along the way, I also design practical digital tools that make improvement easier to start and easier to sustain.

The goal is simple: to make professional-level systems and thinking accessible to any business that wants to run better, without the cost, jargon, or complexity.

My Philosophy

I don’t believe in transformation theatre or “one big change.”
I believe in small wins that compound. In systems that help people, not hinder them.
Whether I’m coaching a leadership team or prototyping a digital tool, I’m focused on the same outcome:

Helping real businesses make tomorrow easier than today.

What I Do

1. Consultancy

I work hands-on with business owners and leadership teams to:
• Diagnose the root causes of chaos, delay, or frustration.
• Implement simple, visible systems that improve flow and accountability.
• Coach teams to sustain improvement long after I’ve left.

2. Innovation & App Development

From the same mindset, I design small, sharp tools that solve the everyday problems businesses face — tracking actions, simplifying workflows, visualising performance.
Each tool starts from a real-world need discovered through client work or peer collaboration.

3. Community & Collaboration

Innovation Club is also a space for open discussion and shared problem-solving — a modern take on a shop-floor improvement club.
Owners, operators, and makers share issues, sketch ideas, and help shape the next generation of practical solutions.

My Approach

Understand → Simplify → Embed.

That’s the rhythm I apply to every improvement project.
I start by understanding how your business really runs, simplify the systems that create noise, and help your people embed the new habits that keep progress compounding.

I call it moving from firefighting to flow.

The Innovation Club Model

Ideas that emerge from real-world consulting often evolve into new tools or templates.
I work with collaborators, developers, and clients to turn these into shareable products — helping more businesses benefit from the same solutions.

This model keeps Innovation Club grounded in practice, not theory. Everything built here starts life as a problem worth solving.

A note from the founder

I built Innovation Club because I’ve lived the pain.

I’ve rolled out Lean with spreadsheets and sermons, watched adoption limp, and seen good people burn out under busywork.

Innovation Club is what I wish I’d had: a way to surface problems fast, solve them simply, and keep the wins compounding.

If that sounds like your kind of progress, you’re in the right place.
